Click on the event links below to view your seeding in Thursday's time trial. Note what heat you are in and look for the number to the left of your name to find out your lane number. That number is the lane you will run in. You will need to put that hip (lane) number on your left hip for the timing camera. If you don't see your name let Coach U know in practice on Monday or email him at daveu@surewest.net.
